What materials are your climbing holds made from?
All Teknik handholds are manufactured using high-strength, industrial-grade polyurethane, ensuring superior durability, vibrant colors, and a texture that is easy on the skin but provides excellent grip.
Does my order include mounting hardware?
Standard orders do not include bolts or T-nuts unless specified. We recommend using high-quality 3/8"-16 socket head cap screws for installation on standard climbing walls.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our holds are poured to order to ensure quality. Production typically takes 5-10 business days, followed by standard shipping times depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Teknik products worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the holds and the destination country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used holds cannot be returned due to safety and liability reasons.
Are Teknik holds suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our polyurethane holds are UV-stabilized and weather-resistant, making them suitable for both indoor climbing gyms and outdoor home walls.
