At Teknik Handholds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your climbing gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused handholds in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware is included and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
